If necessary, flaccid muscles are sewn together, and the bottom of the abdominal wall is pulled taut. With the new J plasma method, the skin can be tightened. Then the excess skin under the navel is removed. Suppose there is also some loose skin above the navel. In that case, the navel is necessarily detached from the abdominal wall, and the abdominal muscles, if necessary, are constricted with sutures. The navel is pulled down 2 cm and sewn to the abdominal wall. This will leave a small scar above and below the navel.
